How to stop thinking about anything

How to stop thinking about anything

Here a simple way to make yourself stop overthinking about literally anything. You can ask yourself these four questions to help put things in the proper perspective.

Question one:

If this were a plot in a movie what would I want? The main character to do? This helps attach from the situation and see it more objectively if the answer feels obvious it’s probably not worth overthinking.

Question two:

what’s the most absurd or humorous way this could turn out Considering the most outlandish outcomes, you can reduce the perceived seriousness if it becomes laughable it’s not worth the stress.

Question three:

how would I handle this If I had no memory of past mistakes this focuses on a fresh perspective without past baggage? if it simplifies your decision, it’s assigned to move forward confidently.

Bonus question:

What would I do if I knew I couldn’t fail?
This encourages boldness and optimism. If the answer feels right and aligns with your goals, it’s time to take action and let go of overthinking.
